The GSM-Route will operate intelligently - routing calls to the most cost effective networks without the need for dedicated PBX ports or extra PBX programming. The GSM-Route may be used as a wireless local loop, removing the need for fixed analogue lines. The GSM-Route is compact,versatile and reliable, and offers cost effectiveness in a competitive market. As with all TelecomFM's products the GSM-Route can constantly be upgraded via the TelecomFM Digital Management Centre, so keeping it in line with market conditions and maintaining the competitive edge for our customers. Telecom FM - Cellroute / Cellroute GPRS CellRoute has been developed to enable major network operators to provide Fixed Wireless Access to emerging markets around the world. In countries where having a fixed line is either an expensive option or network infrastructure does not exist, the CellRoute can provide fixed line functionality over the GSM network. CellRoute provides users with high quality voice using EFR (Enhanced Full Rate) codecs and has a data link rate of up to 85.6kbps using GPRS for Email and Internet access. The CellRoute can be self-installed by the end user, making the provisioning cycle simple and reducing costs for the network operator. The unit has integrated batteries to cater for mains power outages. 11 hours of standby time is provided with a talk time of up to 2 hours.
